What does GetRasa sell?

Premium landscape-orientation canvas wall art, printed on 400+ GSM archival canvas with high-quality latex inks. Every design is available in 7 sizes and 6 frame options.

What sizes are available?

Seven sizes, all landscape (wider than tall): 18×12" (entry/gift), 24×18" (our most popular size), 30×20", 36×24", 40×30", 48×36", and 66×48" (our grand-format statement piece, available in Rolled or Stretched only).

What frame options do I have?

Six options per design: Rolled (canvas only, in a protective tube — frame it yourself), Stretched Canvas (mounted on a wooden sub-frame, ready to hang), Black Frame, White Frame, Dark Wood Frame, and Light Wood Frame. Availability varies slightly by size — the options shown on each product page are the ones we can ship for that size.

How fast will my order ship?

We print after you order — nothing sits in inventory — and dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation. We ship pan-India via Shiprocket.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available pan-India.

Is GST included in the price?

Yes. Every price shown includes GST — there's nothing added at checkout.

Is there a free shipping threshold?

Orders above ₹799 ship free. Orders below that are charged actual courier rates at checkout.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, for items that arrive damaged in transit, are the wrong item, or have a noticeable colour mismatch. Transit damage gets a free replacement — no questions asked, though we'll ask you to share a photo or video of the damage so we can process it quickly. Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method; for COD orders, we'll ask for your bank details to process the refund by transfer.

How is the print quality?

We print on 400+ GSM archival, acid-free canvas using latex inks, so colours stay vivid and the canvas holds up over time — not a quick inkjet print that fades in a season.
